It's hard to believe that it is time for students to go back to school! We want to make everyone aware that the SIAA has revived its scholarship for students who are in a post high school program. The application is now on the Indiana Angus website. Click the link below or go to indianaangus.com/juniors then click on Scholarships to download the scholarship application.
The deadline for this $750 scholarship is Oct. 1 and applicants must be a member of the Indiana Junior Angus Association and have a family member who has been a paid member of the SIAA at least one year within the five years prior to applying.
If you have a family member who is continuing their education after high school, be sure to let them know about this opportunity.

The award will be announced at the December SIAA meeting and will be paid upon completion of that semester of studies with proof of good academic standing. A copy of grades will have to be sent to the treasurer of the SIAA to receive payment. It will be requested that the recipient attend a meeting if at all possible.
This scholarship is not automatically renewed with the SIAA, but juniors are eligible to re-apply and may be a repeat recipient if there are no other applicants.
