The Indiana Angus Auxiliary announces their upcoming auction at the Indiana Angus Preview Show June 17 - 19, 2022.
The Preview Show will feature a fundraiser, with handmade charcuterie boards up for auction.
Each charcuterie board was made by hand by Gabriel K.B. Jackson.
Gabe Jackson is fourteen years old, residing in Grandview, Indiana. He is currently an 8 th grader within the North Spencer Schools, where he is a straight ‘A’ student on the football and wrestling teams. Gabe has been an Indiana Junior Angus Association member since age nine and has enjoyed participating in numerous local and national shows across the years. He has many hobbies and interests on the family farm, where participation in 4-H provides a platform
for further pursuit. Gabe has always had an interest in working with his grandfather to test their skills in woodworking. Last year, Gabe merged his interest in computer programming with woodworking and is now able to add decorative images through carving or engraving using a system he built. Some of his early projects were found in fundraisers at the Indiana and National Junior Angus shows. Gabe is proud to have delivered these new pieces for Angus cattle fans to enjoy with family and friends.
