Our Goal

The Indiana Angus Auxiliary is an nonprofit organization. Our object is to have women who are interested in the welfare of the Angus breed meet together for educational, promotional, social and other functions appropriate to the organization. We offer several scholarships and awards to junior angus breeders as well and awards to outstanding angus families. We have an annual meeting at our Spring Luncheon each April. We help with the Indiana Angus Association booth at the state fair. We do a few fund raisers for the scholarship programs. Those being our silent auction and our scholarship heifer. The silent auction takes place while the Hoosier beef Congress(December) is going on and the heifer is auctioned off at the angus sale. We are always looking for ladies to come an enjoy the hoosier hospitality of the Angus breed.
